Starts with the set-up. Complete drop cloth coverage, removal of shutters and fixtures and washing your house by hand or pressure wash. Then prep work, such as replacement of rotted wood, scraping, sanding, caulking, window glazing and priming. Your house is now ready for finish paint. All paint is applied by brush. Your exterior is then swept clean, shutters and fixtures reinstalled. A house is not finished until you, the customer, complete a walk through with Allan.
